That one was included in a multigame box, along with "le jeu de l'oie" el "le jeu des petits chevaux" (the game of goose and ludo). I am not able to date the game (not even looking at the game of goose's pics). It might even be pre-war.
There is another version of this game, in a similar box, somewhat bigger though. It is not multicoloured, but the board is made of green felt.
Of course, the rules are simple:
