This is a cute kids' game with two presentations. It might look like it's made of metal, but it's just a small plastic board (29 x 20 cm), actually.

 

These pictures taken from the late Geert Lagrou's collection. Whe I took them I did not have the game in my collection. However, some years later Ludo Nauws sent me the Hema version (thanks!). I should take new pictures and possibly rewrite this review some day.
