This one is easy to date, since there is a little inscription "Auteursw. 1941". It's strange someone produced this game during WWII (?). This one comes from Geert's collection too.

When I wrote this description I only had the Dutch rules, but I don't read Dutch, so I couldn't really say much about the game. I have the French rules now, so I will probably update this description sooner or later.
